Bath Time!

I am regularly indulging in a nice long, warm bath filled with Epsom Salts (also know as Magnesium Sulfate). Epsom Salts have a detoxification ability that helps to pull out toxins from the body and reintroduces the essential trace mineral - Magnesium back into your body.

It's a Win Win really! Relaxing bath and a detox at the same time. Yes please!

A detox bath is one of the easiest healing therapies that can be done to facilitate and enhance our body’s natural detoxification process. The key is to stay in the warm bath for at least 30 minutes with approx 1-2 cups of salts.  15 minutes for the detoxification to occur, and then another 15 minutes for your body to absorb the minerals.
