Gluten-Free Paleo Granola [Video and Recipe]

In this video, I share with you the importance of making your snacks at home and how to make a super easy and delicious Gluten-Free Paleo Granola from scratch.

Gluten-Free Paleo Granola

Makes 3 cups of granola


  • 1 cup raw organic walnuts
  • 1 cup raw organic cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw organic pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raw organic sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup organic honey
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 275 °F.
  2. In a food processor add nuts and seeds, to chop into small pieces. Be careful not to over blend.
  3. Heat coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt over medium high heat in a saucepan until melted.
  4. Combine wet mixture with your seeds, nuts and coconut. Stir to coat.
  5. Spread granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes or until hardened. Break apart granola. Store in an airtight container or mason jar for up to 2 weeks.

You’re welcome to use a different combination of nuts and seeds (whatever you might have in your house works well!).

This granola is delicious served on top of kefir, full fat organic yoghurt, or coconut yoghurt with some berries! Yoghurt parfait, anyone?
