Come and learn how to make Ginger Beer and Wild Fermented Sodas with Toby Rae, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and avid fermenter at the Ladysmith Frank Jameson Community Centre!

In this class, you will learn how to make your own ginger beer, including making your own Ginger Bug and taste different flavours of Wild Fermented Sodas. You will get to take home your Ginger Bug to brew at home, along with a handout including step-by-step instructions, recipes and information on the benefits of ferment foods.

This class includes hands on learning, tasting and demonstrations as well as nutritional education on the benefits on fermented foods and probiotics for health.
